Hello, i was perma banned for abusive chat and i create a ticket , still waiting for respond, what can i do to reduce the penalty or something else, i dont think that i deserve this hard penalty, mute my account or ban me for a month or something else but i dont know…pls help me to unban my account, i spent my whole life here, so many characters, titles, mogs, hours spent
There will be only 1 out of 3 outcomes:
- Penalty upheld
- Ban overturned
- Sent in for specialist
The thing is, if you reach a permanent ban you must’ve had atleast:
A week silence
A week suspension
Multiple times and/or weeks of suspensions. Up to a month.
After which, a permanent ban can and will be given out.
Why would they give you another chance after so many when you won’t stop being abusive? Muting didn’t work, suspending for near a month didn’t either.
Its from solo shuffle things, when i played with friends or some pve i dont communicate with no one , its fun and chill, in pvp in these solo shuffles people sometimes did awful things and im very impulsive person, but to ban me permanent, i played this game and have alll blizzard games, have 13985918591 chars, with 198591839939419 hours spent here, nowadays people report for absolutely ANYTHING, its unfair and this didnt help me or someone else, i was asking for reduce the penalty and i will play my fav game again, in our hard days , works, family, kids etc i am a doctor have many patients IRL and operations etc and the only thing late in the evning is to play some pvp arenas and have fun , ive never chat someone or whisper him to be rude or spam him, harras him etc, i just type some things in GENERAL LOBBY CHAT, not so offensive, i know myself previous time i get banned for 14 days i suggest GMS to mute my account and it will be perfect for me, i wont be able to chat, ill chat only with my friends and everything will be OK. I have everything in wow, i cannot start new account just like that i prefer to QUIT FOREVER the game if they dont remove my ban, i agree even to pay a tax or something else to get RESET my penalties.

So you were warned, the previous time, that there will be more severe consequences. Yet you couldn’t control yourself?
You cannot suggest to GM’s what a fitting penalty will be.
Ironically, you can’t say you quit if they made you quit. At that point, it wasn’t any longer your decision to make.
You cannot pay your way out of any penalty. This isn’t a class society where the rich pays a fine and the poor gets to lug dirt around.
You’ll have to wait on your appeal to see if they will honor it anyway.

Why you are talking to me like that, what i did to you i cant understand…its like speed limit penalty , sometimes we made a mistake and we drive fast and i pay for my stupidity, here i truly sorry and i apologize to all , i feel bad and i sorry, i dont know i want to play again , i dont deserve PERMA ban for chat , i didnt do anything so bad and my “CRIME” is not so crucial according to me 
i dont want to quit thats the point , i want to play again my fav game and have fun, my life is hard anyways and this is where im chilling you know, imagine to examine 40 patients per day and to be almost 24/7 in the hospital , cesarean sections, birth deliveries etc and when i want to play and someone did something bad and i chat something in general chat which is not so rude or :“toxic” and he reports me and they BAN me PERMA ? I disagree, sorry, i understand its bad and i regret that i say something to someone, i dont thread someone life or curse etc, its random things for the game, for the round, how they use or not use spells/defensives…what is this life when people can beat doctors and be rude with them and nothing happened, but when i say to some kid in wow chat, they perma ban me? At least 3 months or i dont know, i cant even think that this will happen to me… blizzard perma banned me? Me??? People are cheating, duplicate items, sell gold/boost and share accounts play with other 2-3-4 accounts etc, something illegal and punishable and blizzard ban me perma and i didnt get live chat with real person , i just received random automated responds…with all my authority and respect, this is just unfair! I suggest that i can pay some tax or i dont know, i am guilty and i want to atone my sin, is it so hard to understand?
Yes and to take the same anology, eventually instead of fines you may get imprisoned (if reckless driving caused accidents), your drive permit gets taken, your car gets impounded and so on.
The same thing occured here, that instead of “fines” you got an increasing fine and then other penalties when those didn’t work.
It’s not about how much you did, but how often you did at that point.
You don’t have any authority here. What you do IRL or what others do in WoW has no bearing on your penalty. Imagine, if someone were to bot and then you got penalised, because he’s botting! Hilarious right?
Just await your appeal and maybe they will overturn it. And if not, it’s best to move on.

Thanks, i did appeal, i wrote 2 tickets and im waiting You are particularly right for something, but yes, you are right, here in wow universe i am noone just a random guy who offended other guy I hope blizzard be nice and to understand how bad i feel
