My 17th fyrakk heroic kill still no legendary?

Hello i don’t know if someone can explain why i havent been able to loot the legendary even tho ive killed it 17 times now on heroic.

And on wowhead it says:
On your 15th Heroic (or higher) Fyrakk kill after the Legendary was available (Week 3), you will guaranteed get Fyr’alath the Dreamrender

first time i killed fyrakk was the same day as echo killed it. My character name is Asuuhduude, just wondering if someone got some insight why i haven’t looted it?
