I have a level 40 mage, realm ravencrest when i go to portal trainer i should have available IF, Theramore and SW training , instead they are greyed out and i see that i need to be level 42 to access this, while my sister who is levelling together with me could train her chararacter.
My other char same realm 120 lock is a tailor , i tried to train level 1 tailoring it was not available at trainer but and was shown i could only train level 25 kul tiras tailoring, i had 2 available items i trained to level 25, went back to the trainer to now get level 25 items but those where now missing , trainer now did not have either level 1 or 25 items i could train on , all that was available and greyed out for me was level 50 spells, at the moment i cannot train anything to lvl 50 as i have no items to train with the two items i have are now greyed out.
i made a ticket but decided to post in here as frankly would like a resolution especially for my mage.
Out of pure frustration i deleted cache and WTF folder and the issue is still there, not sure what else i can do other than reinstall wow , but im afraid the issue is with my account , any help would be appreciated, not sure how to make an attachment to screenshot what i have
