My Acer Aspire VX15 shutting down when I play wow

Greetings,
My laptop keeps shutting down when I play wow only. Tried a lot of things to fix it but nothing worked.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19041) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Acer
System Model: Aspire VX5-591G
BIOS: V1.08 (type: UEFI)
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
GPU: Nvidia GPU GTX 1050 Ti

What I tried so far:

  1. Resetting it, couple of times.
  2. Removed GPU drivers and installed latest from NVidia.
  3. Removed GPU drivers and installed latest from Acer.
  4. Cleaned dust from fans and the entire motherboard.
  5. Checking SSD and it works perfectly.
  6. Monitoring CPU and GPU while playing the game, everything is normal with it comes to temp.
  7. Unplugged Battery to check if the issue is battery related, but still shutting down.
  8. Checked two different type of AC plugs, still shutting down while using both.
  9. Did stress check on both CPU and GPU and the machine didn’t shut down. Only does that while playing wow.

Please help.

Only latest Nvidia ones. If vendor has an old one that’s bad (by now it should be only an online installer).

If it’s not temperature then you have to check Windows logs. If that won’t highlight anything then Blizzard app logging would be in order.

My laptop has a Nvidia GPU GTX 1050 Ti.
Tried both the latest from Nvidia and the latest from Acer, it shuts down on both.

In Event viewer there is only a log that says “The previous system shutdown at 9:57:30 PM on ‎10/‎26/‎2020 was unexpected.” and similar. No extra details saying the cause or anything.

Shutdowns are normally 99% of the time, hardware related.

If you are certain that its not a thermal issue, then my next thought would be a power supply issue.

I have used hwmonitor to check the temp of both CPU and GPU while playing. Both seem in perfect condition around 55C~60C the moment my laptop shuts down. I even captured that in a video.
In the other hand, I tried several things to check the power includes:

  1. Removed the battery.
  2. Tried different AC Adapters ( 2 adapters ).
  3. Tried getting the power directly from the power outlet.

Still no luck.
