Technical Support and Customer Support are actually the same team, so its not like posting twice will go to two different teams.
The only way you can appeal is via a ticket.
The email you got should tell you why you were banned.
You can be banned for using a VPN and who knows what is on the machine in the “game center”
This post seems to have missed quite a bit of the other post out. Also isn’t Wow China being shut down soon?
Also one last point to add.
If the abuse team determines that your appeal failed, and that you will not be unbanned, and you keep making ticket after ticket after ticket…
It will come to a point where they will just close your tickets automatically without any further response. Which sounds like the situation you are in.
Nobody on the forums can overrule the abuse team’s decision.

They do not answer correctly
They just say that we checked and the embargo is forever
without mentioning the reason
This behavior is strange
The ban reason is given in the original notice - I’ve never known this to not happen.
Subsequent appeals and responses will not give the reason because it’s already been given. You may not have understood, or agreed with, the reason but it will be there.
In any event, your account has a permanent ban and discussing bans and appeals on the fora is not permitted. You should move on from this because your original account is gone.

Why should I give up my right?

I have already said why it was closed, your VPN is against the rules. Do not use one.
You even say what it does in your other post about this.
The correct way to appeal an account penalty, as previously mentioned, is via a Ticket. We do not account actions on our Forums.
