Right, so I was at BRM close to the MC entrance (the NPC), and I got death coiled by a lock into the wall and now I can’t even log in to use the unstuck feature in the help section.
I’ve recorded it and uploaded it to twitch, to show what happens when I try to log in. So I need some help on this one, by a GM.

This is severely impeding the honor I need to collect today, to avoid the rank decay. So this is a rather urgent matter.

I honestly don’t know if this belongs in customer support or technical support, or if I’m supposed to wait for days for GM support on another character (worst queue times and almost always only answers when a player isn’t logged into the game which makes it incredibly difficult to have a discussion to answer any questions the support might have), so I’ll post this in tech support as well and you can just delete or merge the topics to where it belongs.
