my collection icon wouldn’t stop flashing. if i open the collection window it will stop flashing but after some time it start flashing again. it is becoming annoying . please tell me how to fix this issue as it happens in all my characters.

Do you have any items that are unopened, like pets or mounts?
Bump. I have the same issue, it’s not gamebreaking but this notification is kinda annoying, it randomly appears as if i got any new transmog etc. even though i’m standing still in Dazar’ Alor or something.
Suggestion of the day: Blizzard please let us turn on/off notifications about possible azerite trait/pvp talents/collections/essence slot.

it appears randomly so as of 5 minutes ago it didn’t appear.
i can’t see any unopened items in the collection. and frankly an unopened mount doesn’t warrant a flashing icon for days. maybe flash the icon for the session only. unchosen talents of azerite trait does warrant a flashing icon.
let me follow up if the icon still flashes or not.
Might be the Mount Equipment slot.
It’s often the “Sets” section too that can sometimes proc this flashing if you don’t check the sets you recently acquired appearances for.
i did and it still flashes.
also my character info says i have new azeroth power. ok i checked head, chest and shoulder and all of then has nothing new for me.
For this problem as I can’t do much more from here based on the level 102 monk you have linked, it’s best to contact Customer Support ingame from your affected character.
They should be able to check on any bugs/problems on the character and see if there’s something they can do.
Perhaps for the Azerite you didn’t activate the middle +5 ilevel trait? It’s easily overlooked.
