My draenei warlock had broken/bugged talent tree

It bugged since yesterday. I tried change talent. When it dont let me.
Like I clicked off and weird look. Hard click turn on.

My troll warlock had fine. Only my draenei warlock broken not reason.

EDIT:
ok, I found fix for all reset.

Click on the no circle to clear the talent tree and then you can reapply points.
