yeah… i received the same ticket the first time…in italian the support there isn’t

this morning a new gm took note of my bug and literally dismissed me without giving me a solution. he only suggested that I make a bug report (which I already did 20 days ago when I started playing BFA and I couldn’t see sylvanas to deliver the quests). I spent a lot of money to have an answer after a week that doesn’t provide a solution to my problem in the game. now I have a bugged wow account with a subscription that expires in 6 days and that at this point it’s not worth it for me to renew, because important npc are missing and I can’t deliver my story quests… all this is shameful. I could understand it on a free to play game, but not on the mmo with the highest prices on the video game market. if I could, I would get my money back. I spent almost 20 days wasting time trying to solve a bug in the game on my own. I am totally abandoned by those who develop the game and should fix it. in the meantime they liked to take my money without giving me a working service in return. shameful

i lost count of how many posts and tickets i have opened on both the italian and english world of warcraft sites. i started my gaming experience at the end of august and i even bought war within. instead of leveling to 70 on dragonflight, i accidentally started bfa and already there a certain npc of sylvanas didn’t appear to deliver quests to (i solved it in party with a guild mate who shared his game to make her appear magically). i started recovering the old campaigns starting from tbc up to cataclysm where mount hjal was full of demons with magni staring at them, without the npc of the campaign (i solved it by starting and finishing the quests of magni never taken before at the heart of azeroth), to then find myself unable always due to lack of npc to access the final map of the campaign. I spent 20 days of my subscription wandering around completing useless quests and making attempts after attempts, just to unlock and solve Blizzard’s bugs, and after weeks of tickets and posts on the forum, I was paid off after 7 days of waiting documented by videos, screenshots and various information, with the following ticket:

I see here that you’re unable to interact with Sauranok the Mystic and in the attached photo you’re also experiencing issues with talking to Rokhan for accepting the quest Halting the Empire’s Fall.
I’ve done some testing and can confirm these two NPCs are missing. I can confirm you’ve done the Magni’s quests chain and also the Legion introduction chain so currently it’s unclear what quest might be causing the phasing issue.
I’d recommend sending a bug report first so the team could gather these information. I apologize for any frustration this may cause as I’m sure not being able to complete older contents can ruin the fun in questing.

i have never had a worse experience in any game, not even free to play. i have 8 days left on my subscription and i’m trying to complete legion (even though being able to identify the campaign quests in the crowd is impossible even using the btwquests and tomtom addon), all in the hope that my npc will return to appear in their place…no one is really helping me…it was supposed to be 30 days of fun, and instead it was 30 days of frustration and problems in which no one cares to solve the bugs that afflict my account. i paid for this game, and a lot compared to other games of the same genre with fewer bugs and better support.
no point in standing here screaming “give me my money back” because I know no one will ever do it, but at least someone should worry about fixing the bugs with my account… I just wish I could continue playing World of Warcraft with my friends since when I was a kid I couldn’t afford it financially, and now that I’m a grown man, I find this mess of bugs on retail that continuously create problems (in my case apparently unsolvable).
suggestion for developers: give the possibility to use chromi at level 80 even just to spawn the right npc of the right timeline. I don’t mind killing enemies with one shot and enjoying the old expansions in relaxation just to recover the story.
I hope for a sensible answer from someone on the staff

thinking I had found the cause of my bug, I sent a new ticket asking if support could complete two quests that never appeared in the game due to some bug. the gm’s response was very frustrating. he apologized for my negative experience paid dearly in these 30 days between war within and subscription, and gave me 1 day of access to be able to make a bug report directly from the game… I felt even more fooled. obviously I had no right to reply to the ticket response, I uninstalled world of warcraft and went to play throne and liberty. thanks blizzard for this terrible experience without technical support. a nice legalized scam.
