My FPS is screwed

My FPS is screwed for no apparent reason. Everything was ok a few days ago when I last played the game. To make sure that it’s not because of my system I did a clean Windows install and I installed no other software other than WoW. All addons are disabled and I’m still having this problem. I am using M.2 SSD with 80% free space, my 32 GB ram is 70% free and my GPU is RTX 2080.

  1. do you have ray tracing enabled? if so, try disabling it
  2. if it’s not that, try doing a clean driver reinstall with display driver uninstaller (DDU)
  3. check your CPU and GPU clock speeds, GPU usage and temps to see if there’s anything wonky going on
