we are both lvl 70 and he havent unlocked the cliffside wylderdrake yet
i can join his dragon and ride with him but he cant do the same
we both talked to the npc dragon trainer
any ideas ?

in first zone where u can modify ur dragon looks there is a tower with a npc in it, you talk with her about enabling or disabling passengers

so only in that place ? because we tried the one in azure and it didnt have it
I think first of all you need to go trough story to unlock some options or its from a dropped glyph like bonus. But i guess its available after you will unlock green drake for ride.
