My game keeps on crashing in hardcore

I’d like some help here, I’m so scared to play right now.

You see, on the past days I have been having random crashes. All of them mid-fight, in case that’s something relevant.

Probably some addon causing problems.

I had once a computer which had heat problems. It may crashed in the hottest summer days in the big raids/bgs and the problem was the processor which heatvalues went over the limits.
