I was going to reply on the thread that included the blue post, but it got closed only hours ago, so I’m just adding my two penneth worth here to say same has happened to one of my alts …
Honestly … I’ve seen much worse. There have been some fairly unsavoury trolling going on in threads relating to the guild vault Thannos event. Just wanted Blizzard to be aware that it’s still a thing, amongst so many other things, and that although to some people it has absolutely no impact, to others, it does.
Why people who don’t care and aren’t impacted by these things feel the urge to say so, I don’t know. Perhaps it’s just loneliness and need to feel seen/heard.
The only comment from a Blue that I’ve seen on this subject was back in November last year …
Was just hoping for an update from someone who may know more than us.
Most probably, I just laugh at some posts when people are over dramatic over a game. But when actual technical issues or something arises, people don’ t take it serious .
Sadly if you open a ticket, you get an AI response. In any case, you can’ t force people.
Blue posts are more rare than certain mount drops lol !
I was totally expecting that … but by some weird miracle, I have actually received a proper response and it was surprisingly helpful.

I mean there’s nothing there that acknowledges it is a bug, or whether it is being looked into, or anything that reassures it won’t happen again … but at least we know that CS CAN actually do some stuff occasionally.
Yes … it’s usually one of my first stops too. Although they’re generally having the same lack of blue responses to stuff there as we have here. In fact sometimes we get more info than they do
