As far as I know Anzu itself is not tameable. Brood of Anzu is, but it’s a different model.
You can always check Petopia to see which mobs you can tame. At the moment the only tameable NPC with Anzu’s appearance is Blaithe, a summonable quest mob from Hyjal.

Linaria is correct, the only tameable hunter pet with the Raven Lord model is Blaithe, not Anzu.
You can obtain two mounts that I know of that are references to Anzu. [Reins of the Raven Lord] is a drop from Heroic Anzu and [Collector’s Edition: Dread Raven] which was a part of the Warlords of Draenor collectors edition (which also comes with the battle pet version of Anzu).
