i put a raid boe quite a time ago; and when i log in to game i just saw that it just disappeared. Last time i checked it had a 99k bid on it ; and 12h remaining. Now today i log on to game ; there is no gold or the item back ! ???!
I also disabled all my addons and looked mail again, nope.
Do i really need to screenshot every item that i put on ah? or simply ignore using ah
i also popped a ticket for it. But im really angry. This is a very game-affecting bug.

I think it still takes an hour for the gold to reach your mailbox? If itâs not that, keep your ticket open and check that youâve put in all the details you can.
As both have said, youâre probably either jumping the gun or you deserted your character for too long.
But if you believe you are in the correct time period, e.g. 2 hours, a day, a week, etc. then make a ticket, GMâs are pretty good when it comes to tracking down lost mail and items, so dont stress.
Didnt know that. Yestarday, i saw someone bid my item then i log of, when i entered game i waited around half and hour and i saw no mail on my character. And i made a ticket with panic
Yeah, probably. But a scary bug indeed.
My issue got resolved after i made a ticket, i got my mail around 1 hour past; (roughly)
I Dont think its because of gms though.Because i got an automated response. Maybe gm found the mail and sent me ? and sent an automated response ? who knows
Our thoughts are one⌠I went to ticket creation and typed in âitems in mailbox expiredâ and got a link for expired mail and the recovery service. Who knew? Not me.
