My lockouts are incorrect in the group finder tool

My mage has never killed any heroic palace bosses.

If I create a group in the tool it shows all bosses are dead. I have been into the raid and all bosses are in fact alive.

People won’t join the group because they assume it’s a completed run.

I have no active heroic lockout, the guide shows no dead bosses, I have double checked the raid difficulty settings both for my character and in the tool.

I’ve even reset the cache, interface, and wtf folders.

In addition, my paladin who is 7/8 this week is showing as a fresh run.

I’ve had friends confirm this. What should I do?

Did you make the group listing for Heroic rather than Normal you might have done before?

I’ve listed the group as heroic (more than once to debug it)

My mage has not killed any bosses on heroic (ever)

It shows all bosses are dead to other people
