So my post about being griefed was taken down without a response. Stating this.
The forum is not the appropriate place for reporting players, and naming and shaming is not permitted. To report a player for griefing, please follow the steps in this article.
The in game report function is useless. How do I report if I cant fins the player physically in game? If while I was studying they have run off never to be seen again and all I have is video evidence?
Can you please quote the line of the code of conduct stating I cant put a players name, post about grief, or post videos on the forum? I couldnt find it anywhere. If I get banned from the forums just for posting an actual issue ingame that needs to be adressed I feel that to be beyond the worse customer service I have ever seen on behalf of blizzard. Where are the days when you guys would actually work with players and deal with in game issues rather than just work on ways to milk the player base. Do not flag and take this post down. Instead please help me with how to deal with this as I have no way of reporting in game. I can however give more evidence and info if Im actaully contacted by a GM so the matter can be resolved. Here is the context again.
So I was questing in Barrens today doing the Bristlbacks quest. I needed one last mob and there was a lot of competition so I run over and tag one, it was the wrong one so I continued on and tagged the correct one. It was quite a strong battle but I had it undercontrol and had my mana and hp planned out. After killing the mob I need I sheep the second mob so I can loot and bandage and regen some mana to kill the other one or just to run out. But after i loot a rogue who is clearly watching the battle comes up and autos the mob with just low enough dmg to not cause him to aggro but enough to break the sheep. Then stands back and watches, mob attacks me at this point i dont have enough mana to do anything no potion and only bandages left but due to the new root I can no longer survive. later followed by a spam of messages from his friend laughing at my death.

Yeah, tough times, Blizz do not - contrary to their word - ban players, that deliberately and repeatedly kill in game, but woe to us of we go here to warn about them.
You can add the guilty players to your friends list - that way you can both tell when they’re online and where they are and avoid them; and have a chance to report them. If it does not work from the NN has come online, it works whispering them and then right click to report.
Ah its seperate to the code of conduct gotcha. So a video is fine in that case and I have no name in the post so it shouldnt be deleted and actually might get a response this time rather than just deleted and gg? Any idea how ti report someone if u no longer have them infront of you? I see no way of contacting GM like in the golden days.
So if your sheep did break due to heartbeat and not rogue, you are basically death and it was your mistake to engage in combat with low resources or fail to escape while you had a chance. Grief is bad but it happens and this is not good example.
I rewatch the video, you engage 2 mobs with 50% health and mana at low level where you have little to no tools available and with your remaining few mana you opt for mana shield instead of frost nova. This could have been avoided in many ways.
Micro anialising a play is very simple once its over. My plan was to bandage while he was sheeped but I was slightly shocked that the rogue took him out of the sheep to grief. I could have resheeped. And I could have used sleep powder, however i was insta rooted when he took him out the first time and as u can see he is standing next to the mob so I imagine if i do either he would have just taken him out of the sleep/sheep anyway. Yes in hindsight if i had played absolutely perfectly with 0 mistake I might have possibly survived the grief. Non the less the grief was the difference of life and death at this point. My train of though i went over 100 times and long story short I had the tools to manage the situation if I werent griefed but the grief which is evidently on purpose was at the of the day the cause of my death which is malicious and the reason I would like to report it. Or do you beleive his action was justified and I shouldnt mind it?
It has already been quoted several times to you, by myself and others. Claiming it does not name someone when putting in a video with a name in there is the exact same thing.
You cannot report players over the forums.
You were already warned once about this. Reposting this despite the warning will land you in trouble.
Blizzard does not penalise players based on public opinion. Your post only adds to desinforming players. You already know this from previous encounters with said rules.
We could go around and say “Ironhorns is going around pulling mobs over causing player deaths” and then all it does is cause drama since video and screenshots can be edited.
As stated multiple times in this thread, Forums are NOT the appropriate place to report other players behavior. Such reports MUST be necessarily done via the relevant in-game option.
