somehow when i get connected with blizzard through my provider dd5e0fa73.access.telenet.be i get big lag spikes in game any way to fix/solve this ?
I would guess you contact your provider and ask them, since that address is internal for them.
You really need to post the full traceroute in the tech support forums, as well as any other information they request.
