- Critical Strike modifier has been reduced to 160% down from 175%
- Dampening now decreases mana generation from external sources (i.e drinking) by an equal percentage.
Warrior
- Death Sentence (PVP Talent) has been removed
- Execute damage (Arms) has been reduced by 10% in pvp combat
- Mortal Strike damage has been reduced by 5% in pvp combat
Hunter
- Survival Tactics (PVP Talent) has been removed
- Kill shot (Beast Master / Survival) damage has been reduced by 15% in pvp combat
- Pet damage (Beast Master) has been reduced by 5% in pvp combat
Monk
- Dance of Chi-Ji no longer grants 200% damage to spinning crane kick in pvp combat
Mage
- Triune Ward (legendary) now grants 40% effectiveness down from 50% in pvp combat
- Diverted Energy effectiveness reduced by 50% in pvp combat
Paladin
- Final verdict damage decreased by 10% in pvp combat
- Ringing Clarity (Conduit) (Retribution) can now only proc 1 additional judgement at 100% damage, down from 2 additional judgements at 60% damage.
- Divine Shield now reduces all damage dealt by the Paladin for its duration by 60%
Rogue
- Hemotoxin has now been renamed Shadow-Toxin and is now a magical effect and can be dispelled.
Shaman
- Earth Elemental Earthquake damage reduced by 25% and no longer can stun players in pvp combat
- Spells duplicated by Echoing Shock are reduced by 25% in pvp combat
Druid
- Ferocious Bite and Star Surge cast during Convoke the Spirit are reduced by 25% in pvp combat
- Frenzied regeneration now restores 12% maximum health over 3 seconds in pvp
combat - Draught of deep focus (legendary) now increases damage output by 30% down from 40% in pvp combat.
Warlock
- Demon Armour now decreases all magic damage received by 5% in-addition to its current effect.
Covenants
- Fleshcraft cool-down increased to 3 minutes
- Phial of Serenity cool-down increased to 4 minutes but can now reset during combat
