My recent WoW subscription is not showing up in transaction history

I have purchased yesterday 6 month subscription, plus I already have 6 month active subscription and Dragonflight Epic edition which is extra month so that’s 7 month so that’s in total 13 months worth of subscription, meanwhile on my mail that I recieved it says it lasts until April 10, and April 10 is the date when my previous 6 months sub + Epic edition 30 days ends, when I asked to refund my 6 month subscription from yesterday I got the answer that the transaction didn’t happen, meanwhile my money left the bank account and I got the email from Blizzard confirming the purchase.

I have the same issue but with the 30 day sub. I opened a ticket and now waiting.

Hey Ebonn,

Subscriptions won’t actually charge you until any existing time on your account runs out. They may incur a temporary authorization hold when you first set them up though, more about this here.

This means that if you add a subscription while you still have game time, and then cancel it again before you’re actually charged, you’ll end up with no transaction (or game time) and only the temporary hold, which is released again after a few days.

To prevent this, just make sure to leave a day or two between your subscription renewal date and cancelling the sub, if you don’t want to be charged again automatically.

Alternatively, you can also buy prepaid time instead, though I understand it’s not as flexible with 60 days as the only option.
