Is there anyone suffering that issue? when i talk to Transmog vendor every 10 or 15 sec the textures start flickering, green land with no item photos and low textures. strange that was not happening before last 2 weeks
even i downloaded the latest updates of Nvidia driver 2 days ago but still noting enhanced

Probably better addressed in the Tech Support forums (you should be able to just edit your post and move it).
That said, Iād start by running the WoW repair tool from the launcher and doing a fresh install of your video drivers using DDU to remove the current ones.
It seems switching to DX11 fixes the issue.
