Longtime havoc player here. I’ve played havoc since its first tier in EN and played every iteration of havoc seen it’s ups and its down. with over 300days played on a demon hunter. Lately i’ve been fooling around on beta and im not entirely satisfied with the rotational playstyle of havoc so i thought of some ideas for the class and wrote them down.
Lvl 25 row: Burning Hatred is now Baseline, In it’s place is: Glaive Fury
Glaive fury: Gives you +1 Extra charge of throw glaive, in addition throw glaives gives you 35 fury on impact and 10 for each subsequent bounce caps at 55 fury.
Lvl 30 row:
Unbound chaos damage reduced by 20%
Glaive Tempest fury cost removed.
Trail of ruin is removed from the game, Taking it’s place is : Bloodlet
Bloodlet: Throw Glaive bounces to 2 additional targets, and causes them to bleed for 150% of the damage inflicted over 10 sec.
Lvl 40 row:
Firstblood is now baseline, In its place is: Feltrail
Feltrail - Felrush causes you to leave a feltrail of flames behind making you deal 100? ticking damage every second to mobs caught in the fire and slowing them by 25% for 12 seconds. Stacks up to two times.
Lvl 50 row:
Momentum - Fel rush increases your damage done by 15% for 6 sec. Vengeful retreat’s cooldown is reduced by 5 sec, and it generates 80 fury over 10 seconds. - Bonus passive Whilst Momentum is active all mele attacks range is increased by 5 yards.
Felbarrage: - Unleash a torrent of Fel energy over 3 sec, inflicting 5,519 chaos damage to 8 enemies within 8 yards. If only one target was affected by felbarrage it applies felwound to the target making you deal 30% increased chaos damage to the target for 8 seconds.
Additional changes.
Chaos strike: Critical strikes will now refund 20 Fury instead of it’s baseline 40% chance.
Netherwalk: Is no longer affected by global cooldown.
Blur: Blurs cooldown is increased to 2 minutes but it’s damage reduction is increased to 35% from 20%.
