My support tickets keep disappearing

I’ve submitted x2 support tickets regarding my locked character after repurchasing the war within as they keep disappearing.

They appear on my open tickets for an hour then disappear. I’ve made a new ticket again but I have a feeling it will also disappear before it can be answered.

By locked, do you mean banned?

If so, I have read in the past that there comes a point after all appeals failed, that they just ignore any further appeals and delete the tickets.

It looks like you’ve made a ticket on the US site, and then created one on the EU side. Please double check which region you’re connected to, when you visit the support site (you should have received an email for each anyway).

No it’s all sorted it was a payment issue that’s been corrected
