They’ll get to you. The automatic response to the first one is because many people make tickets for things they can easily fix themselves. Hopefully they’ll get to your second ticket soon but there is a big queue.

Hey, at least u were able to open a ticket. Ive been trying for 2 hours to open a ticket, and I just keep getting send around in a circle ending, where I started. I cant even find an option of opening a ticket, and Ive been through everything.
Basically, once they get ur money, ur on ur own, there is NO customer service in this game. At this point, I would even take the 3 week wait, I had the last time, my problem was so bad, I couldnt ignore it.

Usually if you can’t open a ticket it’s a problem they won’t help with.

But how can they know, what my problem is? It doesnt fit any of their categories, yet I have tried all categories and still cant open a ticket for anything.

There is one option for “not listed here” I think it’s under account. If you say what the problem is here without giving personal details most posters here can say if Blizzard can help with it.

If it’s the BoA world quests then you might be missing something.

Yeah, I tried the “not listed here” option too, it let me fill out the explanation of my issues, then required me to choose a category, which let me to a list of suggestions, that had nothing to do with my problem, and when pressing “I still need help”, it sent me back to the beginning.
Basically, I have a lot of alts. All my alts at the high enough lvl have been able to unlock first Legion world quests, then BfA world quests. All of my alts get the weekly buff, such as Sign of the Emissary this week. But my newest levelled alt, presently at 56, still after several weeks has not been able to unlock BfA world quests, although there was no problem unlocking Legion world quests, and the same alt doesnt get the weekly buff, which all my other characters have.
There is no category, that fits this, but I tried them all. In no case do I get to being able to submit a ticket, only unhelpful and irrelevant suggestions about forums and Wowhead, which Ive already tried, since getting actual help has been more and more difficult since WoD, and then sent back to the beginning.
If any1 can help, I would be very grateful, coz I have nowhere else to look, when Blizzard wont even allow me contact them.

I would have thought it’s something a gm can fix but, as you say, the problem is trying to make a ticket.
There should be a ‘not listed here’ option under ingame issues/character problem … but there isn’t and the ‘not listed here’ under account still exists but doesn’t have the link to actually make the ticket.
All I can suggest is you go to https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/464/ticket Fill in your name realm, see if you can fill in ‘weekly buff’ under item and then describe your problem briefly in the Description box. I don’t know if that’ll work but it’s the best I can suggest.

I’d expect more waiting. I’ve just had this response by a customer support member of this forum:

"That would be like calling the customer support of your favourite smartphone, expecting them to have the power to change you phone, or the future phones that their company may make.

That being said, I think this topic has run its course, and I’ll be closing it."

In response to me saying the following:

I’m in awe, I’ve no idea what Blizzard are doing or who they have manning their customer support based on this, that taking feedback is akin to your smart phone provider to change your phone???! :eyes:

Well, feedback is given ingame, you don’t need to give it to the CS people and take up their time. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve said that on these forums.

Personally I don’t think Blizzard care much about bots in Classic, either of them.

Hey there!

Please do not hijack other players’ threads. Chevie, I’m afraid you would need to contact us via ticket for that. If you select “In-game Issue” and then “Stuck on Quest”, below the standard recommendations you should get a button that says “Contact us” that will allow you to send a ticket.

Keep in mind that we generally do not provide gameplay assistance (as in, hints or guidance), but we can check if there’s some sort of bug.

For now, I’m closing this thread as the original matter at hand is no longer being discussed.
