It’s been a couple of weeks now since we first completed this achievement. But some accounts, including mine, never got the raid portals.
My guess is it’s because I completed the raids on different characters, even though I got the achievement, which is also flagged as account-wide.
Funny enough, when I copied my account data to the TWW beta servers, I got the portals there. But that doesn’t help. Having them in S4 would be dope.
