Why are my timed runs on higher keys not updating on my character? I’ve just timed a +7 Mists, and it’s still showing a +2 as my best run… this is the same on the others. Surely it doesn’t count your fastest time overall, obviously the lower ones are faster…
It’s showing my best runs on third party websites/addons, so I’m very confused as to why it’s not showing correctly on the in-game mythic+ tab.
Could be a bug? Have you checked since?
Yeah I submitted a ticket and was told to perform a full UI reset, uninstalling all addons etc. which didn’t work. I’ve just submitted a bug report. Fortunately my best timed runs are still being logged by third party sources, and a lot of people use this, or else I’d be left behind in mythic+ purely because of an error.
Can you see that character’s armory? if that’s fine then regardless of the third party addon your progress should show.
It takes time before it updates like queue I think!
Yeah, funnily enough it shows my highest runs of WoW armory, just not in-game 
It might mean that shows to others in the base UI, meaning you’re fine.
Same thing happened to me, also Mist +7. When we killed the last boss the thing popped up as when you finish a normal dungeon. We did the last 4% trash with 2 - 3 min left and no score info popped but I didnt pay much attention to it. Now Im checking, no record of it at all.
