Getting freeze/stutters in M+ (sometimes 1s short, sometimes lasting 3-4 seconds before unstuttering) with these specs below with the graphics on raid/in game put on “5”

Is any of the above inadequate for me to run the game at 5 (middle of the way) graphic settings?
