Mythic dungeons need a "vote to end the run" option

That’s briiliant,

What would an acceptable percentage?

Context again. If its an alt and its keys less than 15 then 100% success rate is perfectly reasonable. If its a person running keys well within their skill range with others of equal skill then the % would be very high. If its a person pushing to their limits, what would some arbitrary number tell you?

The thing I find most irritating about people is that so many want others to do their thinking for them.

I made a post explaining how to judge for yourself if someone is likely to stay or not, which the OP selectively quoted one sentence from that they thought supported their argument. Tsjoh comments that a 100% timed record is a red flag, and then we get this ‘acceptable percentage’ question. No doubt thing next the the OP would say is that Blizz should provide data on percentage of completed runs that are in time.

That is also a great idea. A major part of modern WOW is vetting other players.

At the minute these tools exist off system. It’s time to bring them “in game”

Why do you want others to do your thinking for you? Serious question.

What’s wrong with asking people for advice based upon their experience?

Razgard made a brilliant point that I had not even considered.

Is it against EULA to ask a follow up question?

Nothing, but you don’t actually want advice. You’ve been given it, but you don’t seem interested in taking it.

The information you need to select the right people for your keys most of the time is all there, but now you want Blizz to do it for you by providing a largely meaningless ‘percentage completed in time’ figure. That won’t solve your problem because, as Deja pointed out, it isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ percentage. The only way to do it with a reasonable chance of success is to put in the effort to look up the characters yourself.

Thank you for continuing to attacking me on a personal level.

Thank you for suggesting I am lazy and “not interested in thinking”

Thank you for saying “I’m not interested” simply because I don’t currently agree with your analysis.

Thank you for telling me to simply “put in more effort”

Would it please you if I simply stopped using the forums and seeking opinion’s from others?

Is yours the only opinion I am allowed to hear?

I’m not the only person who has taken the time to give you detailed and useful answers. You’ve ignored or casually dismissed pretty much all of them. I’m certainly not going to bother responding to your posts in future, and I suspect others won’t either.

Enjoy your day.

You don’t want advice, you want an echo chamber of nodding dogs to agree to your suggestion which is a short term fix to your problem that creates more problems.

Maybe you should invest more time into

You need a better guild.

Yeah, I probably could be better at that

Yeah I do seem to the resident of permanent resident of dead guilds!

There are no friendships in wow anymore.

Either you keep up with the rest of your ‘‘friends’’ or they find someone to replace you, regardless of how long you have been playing together.

Finding ‘‘friends’’ to do m+ with, its not as simple as people make it to be.

In order to play game the way you want to play it you need to find bunch of ‘‘friends’’ then out of that bunch you need to find people who play as much as you,and then you need to sync gameplay hours and then you need to find people with similar knowledge.

I am sure i missed few things but that’s all i could think of.

Do you really think people in top pve guilds are friends?Nope.Sure you can be their ‘‘friend’’ if you have same ilvl as them, but the moment you fall behind by 1 ilvl, you are out and they replace you with the newest and the bestest friend.

Group finder tool was supposed to be shortcut to a success, but sadly its not.

One would think higher the score, better the behavior, but anyone who played with 2500-3500 people knows that’s not the case.Idk if its because of people’s egos or they simply stop caring once they reach 3k,but in all honesty, best runs i had were with 1500-2300 people, and not only that, but lower the score, the more polite people are.

3k+ rated people dont even bother saying hello when they join a group,or they dont bother to reply when you say hello after joining their group.

“I don’t have any friends” is not the same as “there are no friendships”.

Yeah, that has been the real eye opener for me. The higher the score the more toxic they have tended to be.

Hence my appeal to have “% of dungeons completion” as a metric provided to players. It creates the right incentives

wont work open lot abuse griever join run ruin some 1 run all press it key demote lower lvl ye see complain again

they could solve this very simply by having you lose score everytime you leave … but people would hate that :stuck_out_tongue:

or they have a end run option but everyone losses 50 score for it

I have never seen anyone leave a good group if anyone is doing their role properly. Only dc’s and some cursing have caused that. I only leave when dps refuse to dps and do mechanics then it’s a no no for me.
