after puting the key for my +17 mist the yellow gate didnt start the count and it didnt open at all the key got depleted and i couldnt log out or leave the dungeon after i press alt+f4 i cant even log in the game bcz it saying that there is some other character with the same name exists idk this is the second time this happens to me and i think it only happens for the first key i get from vault

The second part of your issue is “normal” in the sense that pressing alt-f4 will terminate your session without telling the game you’re actually logging off. Due to that, your character can get stuck in the world for a little while after resulting that type of error. It usually self-resolves after a few minutes, or if you log into another character.
