Mythic Keystone grief/leaving punishment

Why isn’t there a system same as in PVP or in normal PVE that would punish people that leave Mythic Keystone dungeons before completion?

Why isnt there a report system that you could report those players for griefing so that they would get atleast a timeout from using the lfg system (3-4 hours for every leave)?

Why isnt there a system that would flag a player for the others in the list, that would tell the keystone owner: “hey , this person is the scum of the earth and has left X dungeons in a row before completion and was reported by other keystone owners” and the system to have a counter of how many dungeons he left during that season, because if he has 1-2 dungeons in which he left during 2-3 months that would be ok, but if he has 20 that would be a red flag and he should be flagged and people should know what they are inviting into the group.

Why none of those systems are in place? Why do people have to put in their m+ announcement “please no leavers”? Isnt that kinda sad?

Why do keystone owners have to be scared to queue a high tier key because they dont know if the persons they are inviting are decent human beings and they will do their best or the other extreme where you invite someone that is the scum of the earth that leaves after first wipe?

I would love to see someone from blizzard answer all these questions.

Not a single „high tier key holder“ is scared of queuing their key. They know the rules: if it’s not intime, they leave. That is an unspoken rule while pushing for score.

And how do you want to implement such a system so it can’t get abused for whatever negative reason? I’ll give you a hint: it’s currently not possible.

Because one is where the computer assembles a group for you, the other is where you assemble one yourself.

Maybe the other keystone owners were in over their heads, trying a key they had no reasonable prospect of completing and the reported person got reported because they left after an hour, not wishing to grow old in the key. So who is the griefer here? The person that quite reasonably left or the person that wanted to hold someone hostage in a key?

I’d love to see people think before they post, we won’t all get what we wish for.

Because M+ isn’t made through LFG but premade groups.

Only if intent can be proven then you can report them for bricking your key, which I may add, is a very high bar to prove. Simply leaving is not considered “griefing” here, nor is it against the rules.

You could also suggest the stuff through the ingame feedback box.

Such a black-or-white take…a symptom of a handful of diagnosis.

Anyways, use the search function. You’ll find all the answers there.
