And if not, mythic kills awards normal and heroic achivement, so I dare say you do.
Doesnt matter anyway, groups disband after Avatar anyway, 2 years after the raid is released the same routine as always.

Because he can’t be pugged so there’s no point continuing, especially when he doesn’t really drop anything meaningful.
If you want the HC achieve just do a HC run and they’ll kill him.

Mythic in a pug even in 120 is a huge pain especially going corner to corner in dark phase whilst trying to handle the adds and making sure people dont get knocked off .
I see plenty of heroic mog runs now so good luck 
Most pugs can’t even get past the 1st singularity.
I’ve killed him in early BFA on heroic, was about 8 of us total. Just make a group and invite 15-20 people, some might leave, but you’ll still have 10 left, probably. Can also write “For tint” or “Full run”.

He requires too much coordination for most pugs to be able to get him down. You really are much better off going to a heroic kill. There are usually transmog runs listed.
