Mythic maut - killed by spell not in dungeon journal

Hello all

We got killed on Mythic Maut by a spell called The Master’s Gaze.
It’s not in the dungeon journal. We have no idea why this spell was casted on us. It’s not an enrage thing as we can tell, as we weren’t even near the general kill times of the boss.

Does anyone have an idea why we got killed by this?

Its the enrage.

It happens when he goes into the stone skin phase for the 3rd time. If you managed to do that early you mismanaged his mana.
