High end
I feel the top 0,1% M+ should be more rewarded. as pvp / raiding has their unique mounts for CE & Glad, M+ should have that too (Not even mentioning the KSM grounded mount as thats easy to get and everyone has it probably, never to be used again i’m sure.
More mounts in M+ Semi high end rating too like 3k
Also there should be more mounts in general, like for when people reach 3k rating for example. Only giving them dungeon portals teleports is a real turnoff.
Conclusion
Start rewarding M+ players better. I know it’s a new system that’s only been there for a few years officially inside world of warcraft (without just the rio website), but right now it’s getting outdated and it’s time to make the next move.
I’m specifically talking about the high end content of each. CE has a mount at the end (raiding). Pvp has a mount at gladiator. M+ has no high end mount reward, it’s only the KSM (Lower content) mount which is a troll to even begin with.
Cutting Edge doesn’t give a mount as far as I’m aware, and Ahead of the Curve only gives a mount for the last boss of the expansion usually. There are mythic raid mounts but you can still get them after the season is over.
I am nowhere near that level of gameplay but I agree that rewards are lacking for top players. The only difference between 2.5k rio and 4k rio is a meh title and this does not rewards the skill/effort it takes to reach those ratings.
I would only suggest that if some additional rewards be introduced for 0.1% rating, then leaderboards would be split per class/spec, similar to Diablo 3. Being top 0.1% blood dk is just as much of an achievement as guardian druid if not more.
The only unique thing you get for CE is only if you are in the top 200 guilds who kill the last boss. Everything else is still obtainable years later, though the mythic mount drop chance goes down to a very low percentage.

0.1% m+ is much harder than CE. many more players get ce that done get m+ title.
so i think it is a good thing to reward for sure
side note i also think there should be a reward at all 25s. seems mad to me that people can push ultra high h keys but if they are in the 0.2% its meaningless
