Mythic+ Suggestions

  1. Let us upgrade our key up to +10 if we time a higher key (like from +8 to +9 and 9 to10 if we time someone’s +10) Or maybe “charge it” by timing 3 higher keys in a row (reset to 0 charges on a bricked key)
  2. If someone leaves a key in the first 20mins, don’t degrade it. (dont apply this if its key owner who left)
    2b. If someone leaves a key before it’s finished, their key is degraded by 3 and can’t enter a mythic+ key on the account 24 hours, second time is 48 hours, third time is 1 week, fourth time is 2 weeks (players can report trolling too
    2c. Vote abandon key (require tank heal and 1 dps to pass) as the method to end a run before timer.
    2d. Rating should come from average performance, not best performance. Or at least there should be an average performance rating too.
  3. Make drums the same as bloodlust in mythic+ keys so everyone has a fair chance to find groups.

Makes no sense and is pretty much unfair based on keys .

In keys like NW u have most likely highest chance to brick key on first pull , or maybe first 2.

Then u have dungs like city or SV where begining is rather easy and its 2-3 boss where things get bit spicier .

So it makes no sense , because if this is applied , i can run for example that NW , with same group, over and over again untill that first pull works, without any punishment .

Yea this is just a bad idea , punishes people for no reason realy , if goal is to time a key and it clearly isnt timed because insert reason nothing holds me there , but why should i be punished ??

This kinda works with what u sugested above but its heavily punishable .

Lets say i play tank and im key owner , run goes wrong but i just wanna finish it, now i hold everyone hostage , yea they can leave, but they will get the penalty .

Or in both cases , people just HS , no leaving , and then they just hostage eachother and wait till someone finaly quits .

This will lead to even more keys abandoned , because ill rather quit key midrun than have my score reduced .

Also, imagine what this will do ti weekly keys where people are 15-30mins overtimes sometimes, yea, nobody will run those cuz it will run their score for whole season.

This will be nice , but then there will be outrage to make “everything” equal

2b. would be easily solved by the ability to find a replacement if the player leaves on its own.

I am really glad that Blizzard doesn’t listen to player suggestions.

“Require tank heal and 1 dps to pass”. Seriously? so if 4 players want to end it, the tank or the healer can hold them hostage? I guess as a tank I can charge 10K for a yes vote.

You just killed pugging once and for all. While this is what you tried to fix in the first place, I assume…

Also u do realize this will be heavily abused for boosting and such right ?
Clear whole dung , left like 1% left , 3 people quit , i inv 3 people that need boost, we finish that 1% , and 3 people just got their dung done in less than 1 min , yea gg aint gonna work realy .

And pretty much whatever u comes up with, it just make things worse realy

My suggestion : remove that 15 second affix, it’s basically a reason for more pug garbage runs than before. Nice idea, maybe put that affix on 11s and higher so the Pros can have their thing. Pugs are getting ruined a lot with that annoying affix. I pug a lot, and it starts bothering me. Not crying about it, but saying it’s not fun!

BL is not a component in group comps because 4 specs can use it. Same for CR.

What they SHOULD change are all the powerfull skills only 1 class has. PI and Aug are the 2 most obvious problems here.

Not necessary. A simpler solution is that the 6 tokens they offer in the vault in case you dont want anything should be able to buy you 1 upgrade of category for 1 peice of gear you already have.

So now you have a requirement where you MUST bring one those 4 classes. How is that fair?

My opinion about BL is much more complex than that.

Generally speaking I am against homogenization of skills (everyone gets the same stuff) and more into normalization of skills (everyone has something different, but generates an equal impact).

In the specific case of BL (and CR) I am against giving it to everyone. And if 4 classes seems insufficient to you, the quick solution is to expand that to more clases (but not all of them).

And in the case of DDs im not that worried. I am more worried about tanks and healers because in M+ there is only 1 slot for each, AND there is only a pool of 6 classes to choose from.

What I am 100% against are things like PI. Its too powerfull to be in the hands of only 1 class. So either more classes (but not all of them) need a PI type spell, OR, turn it into a proper BL. Im talking about the external PI. The PI the prisest gets should remain unchainged.

I’m not sure whether it’s PI in the current state that’s the problem, or the value haste has since they increased the GCD. Quite some specs rely on having an absurd amount of haste to perform well.

As you pointed out PI on its own is not such a problem. In fact, the bigger the group (raids) the less impactfull it is.

The problem comes when you stack PI to other buffs, because in wow that happens multiplicavely, not additively. And certain classes have powerfull 2 minute CDs.

The only way to balance that out is make every single CD in the game be more, or less than 2 minutes. Just in case you got a priest in your party. Which is an absurd proposition.

Its better to change PI than to change everyone else.
