I meant huge, telegraphed and announced mechanics, which 100% kill you unless you blow your defs. Like the waves at 3rb boss in Boralus.
And they always have to be avoidable without any ability other than positioning.
No problemo ! And absolutely 100% right. 
I did not much keys yet (actually monly a +5 and a +2 or so) - but despite playing resto shaman which is obviously a good healer atm i really dont find them enjoyable as they are currently. I am not going with tightknit groups as my raid group only raids - so i have to PUG, and well — nope it is not fun.
Not sure what exactly needs to change - but a good start would be to bring the IL Rewards on par with Delves. But then again that would render Normal Raid pointless wouldnt it…

But we will see what blizzard does. Normally they nerf things if they need nerfing. And if they dont, then gear will do the job just as well.
And it dosent matter the key level. Eventually, you will increase in ilvl. The only thing that changes is how long you take.
tanks are bad this expantion. very few and far between good tanks who dont pull like mad men in mythic and m+ this expantion. iv done +4/5 with all druids (no external buffs) and yes we didnt time the 5 but its doable long as u dont go nuts. so if we had a normal group with a mage priest shaman for buffs we would of been fine. find a guildie who wants to tank and wants to run some keys and stick with them. just dont pug unless u want a head ache.
M+ is peak garbage content, now more than ever. 20 min search to get ANY tank for a +6 siege. Trash does ridiculous damage. Didnt blizzard say you no longer want ping pong health bars? Well theyre still there. Then 30 min in the dungeon just so someone leaves before the 3rd boss. Total time wasted 50 min for literal nothing except pure stress.
Ill never engage in this garbage content again. Once I got AoTC thats it for the the patch and im out.
Just remove M+ alltogether and properly develop delves.
Your problem first Qeustion? Why didnt u do delves? And how can u know delves are too easy if u didnt do them? Delves are in a great spot atm leave it. My shaman is 407 and he almost cannot get any upgrade from delves so its more for alts or people who dont do group content.
