Name changed my druid last night and went to the barber to try and change my druid form appearances. I do not even have access to the base forms, like the ones you get with your base race, nor do I have any of the customisations I’ve unlocked despite currently having some of the forms equipped.
The only exception to this is that I have the boomkin form from killing Fyrakk, and the Emerald Dream patch customisations. Nothing else.
I contacted blizzard support and they suggested that I uninstall curseforge, and my addons, and upon doing so I still could not access them. I can, however, select and equip the Emerald Dream ones. I also tried re-equipping my artefact, and going to my order hall, but despite showing as unlocked they will not show up in the barber.
Anyone else having this issue?
**Edit, but trying to relearn customisations does not work. Tried using the “Mark of the Duskwing Raven” and it used the item, and did not give me the customisation. Logged onto another Druid, I have all the customisations unlocked. It is -just- this character.
***Edit 2: Deleting and restoring the character does not work, either.
