Name change question

I recently used name change service on my level 80 character. Then I made a level 1 with the same name and deleted it.
Will I have to wait 90 days for the name to become available on the realm for everyone or 30 days because I deleted that level 1 with that same name?

I’ve read that characters sub level 30, that are deleted, get that name available after 30 days. But since I used name change service for the character that was 80 with that name, will people have to wait 90 days for it to become available?

Other players on your realm will be unable to use your previous name for 90 days.

Using the name again wont have changed the original 90 days.
