Why do i see players with the name on top of the head blue, green and orange? What does it mean?

Blue is friendly, players not flagged for pvp.
Orage is unfriendly.
Red hostile
Green pvp flagged friendly
Orange is also opposite faction not pvp flagged.
And yellow:
Yellow NPCs: Belonging to an NPC faction you are neutral with, and/or they are attackable guards.
Yellow players: Players of opposite faction with pvp enabled when yourself is playing with pvp disabled. These players will become red and attackable once you enable pvp.
