a couple of days ago, I changed my race and name… Now I am both my old name and new name
My Framename is the new, the name above my head is my old.
My ratings can’t be seen, as it is listed as the new name on the old name character.
I do not figure in the Guildroster, so my guildies cannot see me online
I cannot promote or demote my guildies (I’m an officer)
My guildies and other people outside the guild cannot /w me as my old name is the one shown on my head, yet it doesn’t exist anymore (and guildies cannot see me online)
There’s a 17 day ticket wait time, which seems to increase by a day, every day I log in so now I try here
I spent real money on this namechange, and I would be really sad to having to wait 20’ish days for my main to get its bug fixed.
Well this is not about old char suddonly bugging, this is about a reacent service i bought…
A service that doesn’t work - and that would be okay, if only I could revert it untill the issue is fixed. But I can’t because there’s a month wait time, on even telling them there’s this issue and that I want it reverted.
