Nameplate Overlap (Vertical) keeps resetting to 0.6

I’m using Advanced Interface Options, standard says “1.1.”
But everytime i log back in it resets to 0.6, how can I fix this?

I’ve even tried disable everything and resetting UI, its the same…

Stop using alt + f4 or otherwise closing the game without exiting properly.
