Nameplates Max Distance

Hello,

Would it please be possible to implement a very simple fix to nameplates ?

Basically, not being able to see nameplates at max range is ridiculous. Set it to 41 by default, allow anyone to decrease it if they want to do so, but I can not play properly as a range class with healthbars disappearing at around 35-39m.

This is just common sense, please do something about it.

Options → interface → scroll down to nameplates → Nameplate Distance → slide to 41

You must not be playing at the moment, download a range display addon, or play a class with a spellrange of 40, stand at exactly 40, you will not see a healthbar, but you will still be in range to hit your target.

As for the rest, these have been tried aswell, and did not resolve the issue :

  • Downloaded AdvancedInterfaceOptions addon
  • /run SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, 41)
  • /run SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, “41”)
  • /console nameplateMaxDistance 41
  • /console “nameplateMaxDistance”, “41”
  • /run SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, “4e1”)
  • Adding this in < SET nameplateMaxDistance “41” > in “Config.wtf” file
  • /script SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, 41)
  • /script SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, “41”)

Got the same problem here,
i hope Blizzard will fix this soon …

ok mines are setting in at 39 ur right. 1 yards is missing in my game
