I’v been having this issue for the past 2 months or so, but thought maybe it will get fixed by itself in the prepatch/shadowlands release.
So my problem is this:
Sometimes when taking dmg, me or my target’s hp isn’t showing the current real health. (sometimes its delayed by few seconds aswell)
I even had nameplates stuck at 40% hp even after I overhealed the target to full hp for longer then a min.
As a main healer, I find it almost unbearable to play… i sometimes keep overheating players just because I cant see their real health.
Now I tried disabling all of my addons, and the problem still persisted.
I will add a short video later of my issue, since its kinda RNG when it happens.

Try resetting your UI by deleting the Interface folder. I would also delete the WTF folder in case you have any scripts or settings which may interfere with your UI.
See if that helps.
Isnt resetting my UI by deleting my Interface folder equals deleting all of my addons and their saved settings? Because I really do need my addons, and it took me a long time figuring out my settings.
Your settings for each addon are saved in WTF folder.
Resetting your interface - as deleting Interface folder - won’t delete your settings.
Make a backup of WTF, try delete both, see if problem was solved, then you can load your settings from the WTF backup you have made.
Deleted both folders, tried playing for an hour and i still have delays/visual hp gets stuck still… i literally have no idea what to do, its almost impossible to play this way as a healer.
Uff, I have checked the clips again and it really must be frustrating, but it is so weird in the same time. It is some kind of visual glitch.
Usually addons are the main culprit for behaviors like this. But since you say you have tried to reset Interface/WTF, I can only think that this is caused by some corrupted files in your game, there is nothing else I can think of.
As a last resort you could try to make a fresh installation of the game and see if that helped.
Just out of curiosity, like in the first clip, when you spam heal yourself to full hp, what does the combat log say ? Could you check and see if it states that it is overhealing ?
Yes, its overhealing.
I tried uninstalling and installing the game as well, still the same problem.
So… am i being forced to play this expansion being handicapped?
Can any blizzard dev or something help? i cant do pvp nor high m+ keys because of this as a healer…

All u said, I HAVE EXACTLY SAME SH1TS. I did exactly same things as you, de installed game addons and etc and still have the bug. And same thing reported to blizzard 5 times, they never really helped me with that issue. It’s so annoying and iam very bored of this. Playing as healer tho, very hard and handicapping. I don’t know for you, but me, when iam in group party like for Mythic Plus, all my group members are stucked tho… Checked all the options, blizzard’s elvui’s … IDK WHAT TO DO…
