Nameplats wrong place

So i downloaded the Elvui,but in the end not my thing.Now the nameplats are below npc’s and player chars.And i have no idea what to do to change it back to above their heads.I put everthing to default and still does not work.

/ec > Nameplates > General > Blizzard CVars > Nameplates At Base (uncheck)
