As I can remember, when original TBC was released Naxxramas raid was disabled from game.
We weren’t able to enter it until WotLK, in its new remade form.
Will be this happen again on TBCClassic?
Original naxx was removed in WoTLK pre patch or something like that.
Patch 3.0.2 the patch after the one we’re getting (2.4.3) anyway.
It was available all throughout TBC though.

Kemurai is correct, Naxx was present through all of tbc, up to WotLK prepatch.

Level60 Naxx was not removed from the game until WOTLK, where it was moved to Northrend and turned into the new 10/25man level 80 version. So you can raid Naxx in TBC if you want.
I remember a lot of guilds doing 60 Naxx for the first time at 70 back in BC.i was remove during wotlk prepatch or wrath itself. Very few people got to clear original Naxx in vanilla on my old server. You couldnt gdkp your way through it carried by 20 warriors back then ^^.
