Hi i been trying to do the achievement [Puzzle Performer] from Undersea Usurper these days but when i finally get to see the easy puzzle purple is up and i did it with 5 alts it never counts, do anyone else know how to fix this, cuze i already put tickets and gm answered me that i have to reset my UI and delete my addons and i did that yet i did not get the puzzle counted on my achievement…
Today’s quest is require you to break 23 purple runes - its not easy puzzle, its hard or medium.
Easy ones is under ~16 runes.
I did that quest today and its counted as hard purple in my progress.
thank so much for your answer m8, but wait a sec, i read on wowhead and saw a video that for the easy purple puzzle is currently on todays quest but for the easy one the quest has to say 16 runes? even tough there are other routes for medium and hard?
also looking at the video he did the easy one with 23 so idk if is a bug or not …

Woah! Its truly interesting! How that even works? 
I don’t remember for sure if it was hard or medium for me, but i definitely remember that i has 5 unfinished chests before doing this quests, and after i did this quest, i have 4 unfinished chests in progress of this achievement.
I also don’t have easy purple in my progression, though. Truly makes you think: “May be its truly a bug?”
Since we have a video, its worth reporting this as bug.
In that case, my best advice to anyone, who is doing this achievement, is always to do chest quests every day. Because who knows which is bugged or have this strange variety of runes.
Update: I googled some of hard chests and in 3 videos, which i found, number of runes was 27, 28 and 29.
27 green
28 orange
29 purple
It would seems like this current chest is not really suits under “hard” category, it more looks like medium or easy!
yeah and that’s why i think it is a bug, wonder if any dev will check this …
Oof, forgot to mention here, but today’s chest is easy purple.
Its 9 hours left, though.
