Neck catchup confusion

Neck did not reduce this reset, is it not going to until next season?

I play 1 of every class and wanna reach 65, i’ve been slacking & just relying on the board, most are 63-64 by now, but im just wondering if it will get any easier until next season?

My goal is just 65 btw, can’t be arsed to go higher

It stopped reducing like a month ago.
