Could someone tell me how long does it take to build all monsters, all cosmetics inkl. the rng grind for some parte with chordy or treasure/rare drops and doing all the missions.
I have currently lv 4 of 5 and crafted maybe 4-5 monsters and did the easy stuff from the cosmetics. The items which i can collect at this point without the rng drops.
Is it even possible until shadowlands

I honestly can’t tell you because I stopped after Mama Tomalin’s Crystal dropped. But given it takes a while to collect the special materials of which some you only get via weekly quests (some dungeon / raid drops also if I remember correctly), it’ll probably take you a couple of weeks / months.
So, given you meant “until Dragonflight” probably not if you’re unlucky with loot / quest rewards.
yes i mean df ^^. Hmm yo some parts are behind rares or chordy. tried to farm those for couple of hours with no luck. Hmm i dont know maybe its not worth the time 
You can do it whenever. Nothing involved in it will go away.
You don’t need all rare mob / chest items for the AV, just go for the easy ones… and farm Halls of Atonment nhc for flesh, should give you about 30 per run, with that you can craft all abominations quickly. Only thing that takes time / luck are the abomination weekly quests; had to wait one week to get my last one today. 
what do you mean? i thought i need ALL cosmetics from head, shoulder and back currently that one and ember court is holding me off. didnt get credit because i left the court early and dont really know if i need to satisfy them in any way

Thought you were talking about the cosmetics for the abominations. For the mogg you just have to get lucky that the weekly quests from the abos offer it as a reward, the more abos you have, the higher the chance to get a set piece, I’d guess … wouldn’t bother with the unity set, though, heard you have to do WQs with the abo to get moggs… but luckly necro sets are ugly anyway… leather one at least.
Ember Court is kind of a grind, there’s a nice guide on WoWhead to find some tips how to combine your guests to get max rep… most important is to have guests with conditions that don’t contradict each other and then chose the right deco / food etc, after that you can more or less go afk during the court… if you really want to push it, do some objectives. 
no you are right i mean the stuff for the monsters.
do i need the rep grind for this achievement? it says invite them (16 nocs) nothing more.
I have completed it and got the Exalted.You have to run with every monster to do the weekly quests to get Exalted.It was fun but i wouldn’t do it again.The monster you can ride can be mounted indoors it won’t autodismount.So you can have it at Oribos rooms for faster movement lol.
To have stitch exalted… 5 weeks. 6 to have unity.
For the 25 mogs… it depends…
If you’re talking about the ember court, then no… but be prepared to do the campaign again up to chapter 6, because otherwise some of the NPCs you need to invite won’t show up. Just for the AV you’re done as soon as every NPC showed up once, and don’t forget you can switch them out to speed things up.
I think with necro stitchcraft i am on track. have lv5 buildings and crafting them slowly day after day and doing the daily quests and try to grab the last cosmetics for them.
With ember court i have also the lv 5 building and did basically every shadowlands main story/side quest and doing the quest to invite them but as i said i quit the event early and thats maybe the reason i didnt get credit for the invite :D. yup im dumb. ^^
You can at least farm flesh from mobs in the House of the Chosen zone (lower left side of Maldraxxus map). They have the best drop rate and sometimes also give rare material depending on the mob type.
That being said, I still don’t get why HotC mobs still attack you after having completed the Necro quest line with Drakka basically being new leader of the gang.
Should be doable very easily.
But why do you have to rush it before DF? Will it be gone? I thought that all covenant things will stay in the game.

yep the title is going away and the meta achievement. Maybe its not worth but we all know that stuff that goes away is cool
