Necrotic strike needs a nerf!

A vicious strike that deals (30% of Attack power) Plague damage, and converts 1 Festering Wound into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing up to 7% of the target’s maximum health in healing recieved.

7% max hp healing absorb must be changed to 5%. Not that as a guardian druid I can’t facetank through all your stuff and still nuke you to death by just kiting your abomination and ccinng you through unholy frenzy BUT you guys desperately deserve a nerf. What is great is that many people have noticed that and have created an outrage on forums as to how much you need that nerf. Ask for it on your own and be honest to admit it so it can come as a moderate nerf. If you reject to admit the truth and the facts it will strike you down as A NERF HAMMER.

Necrotic strike

A vicious strike that deals (30% of Attack power) Plague damage, and converts 1 Festering Wound into a Necrotic Wound, absorbing up to 5% of the target’s maximum health in healing recieved.

It does not need a nerf, it needs a redesign. The whole “put every wingle wound you have towards Necrotic Strike or lose” isn’t fun. Making it 5% would only force us to spam it even more, I don’t even have Scourge StrikeStrike on my bars anymore lol.

Do you really think that will help? And what you will ask next if it will not?

better rework necrotic into a healing reduction effect with an increased CD, 20-25sec, much like a mortal strike. or just a flat out 30% max HP healing absorve every 30sec.

at first it was fun, but spamming necro even after all the target HP is healing debuffed just because of self heals is not fun

currently, like above said, scourge strike is non existent in PVP

No it won’t be dead, coming from a UH/Frost player. Unholy will still be pretty good. No need to cry.

It will be on an enhancement level

No lol. Watch.

We will be w8ing for you here when you will come back whining that 5% is still to much

It would be best to just remove NS from the game and provide other playstyle options. NS is such an idiotic spell by design…a healing absorbtion of all things, if i were the developer who thought of that idea, i’d look for other job opportunities.
I couldn’t care less if NS is weak or strong, the idea of the spell itself is beyond stupid. Give some other options… -.-

The problem is abomination nerf

Remember that we recieve a 5% dmg buff as well. Abomination is less effective now yes. But we will be able to keep the dmg up with all our other abilities.
Necrotic strike nerf is something im not happy about… but again those passive 3rd row healing/absorb traits gettin nerfed soo… It may affect the mana of the healers more so 2% less effective necrotic wont be that big of a deal. Will have to see.

Will them honor nerfs be noticeable. I was happy levelling this UD and was gna go the distance.

Now take tooltip dmg number of any DK skill, add to it 5%…do we really see any difference there? Dont think so.

Unholy will still be pretty decent, most likely not top tier anymore, but still good.

Im really enjoying this DK so far.
Havent had this much fun in WoW since I was running a MoP rogue

Hoooooooold up! Lets talk about ur class DH! U also deserve a massive self healing nerf! Evasion makes u dodge and -35% dmg reduction! On 1 minute cd! Are u serious blizzard? On top of that u get massive healing with demonic apetite. They should nerft the procs on that talent cause its just too much healing. Everybody knows u DH are op atm but blizz seems to ignore all that.

A DH complaining of reduced healing ROFL. Never seen something more hilarious posted on the forums. What needs a nerf is your leech since your damage output, mobility and self healing is ridiculous.
