Hello, I created a new character on Ravenholdt called Famine. Upon logging into exiles reach tutorial the game boots me out with error WOW51900319. I cannot delete the character since I already mailed him gold and a few items.
I then purchased a name change token to free up the name, but cannot use it since I found out the hard way that you cannot use it on tutorial and lvl 1 characters.
Well, I’d prefer to have the character forcibly deleted now, ty.

Try https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/6403 to return the mail from the character and see if allows you to delete the char.
If not, then you need to make a ticket if you haven’t done so already.
The tutorial boat disconnection bug unfortunately has been in the game for a long time. Make sure to finish the tutorial boat section before logging off next time.
We did not find any eligible mail on this character.

You should try the character stuck service as well if you haven’t tried it already. It should move your character out of the tutorial area allowing you to log-in and to clear mailboxes and recreate the character:
If it doesn’t work there should also be a link to contact the support.
I tried that already, did not help
the mail thing worked, problem is it has a 15 day cooldown, and I sent two mails
Still can’t find where to open a proper ticket, keep getting redirected to the self-service section
Uh, I admit I can’t figure out how to send ticket in correct category either, but least these seem to allow you to send a ticket:
Option A: Warcraft → In-Game Issues > Items and mail > Not listed here
Option B: Account → Not listed here.
No idea if that is the correct way but can’t find any other way. Make sure to emphasie that you already tried the self-service and it didn’t solve the issue. I’d probably use the option A as that least is under Warcraft…

Are you clicking “Contact support” top right first and then “Categorize the issue” before going through the steps? By default the support page just shows different articles.
yeah, I did the contact support top right thing, in the end I always end up in self-help section
