I am a recently returned WoW player from a 2 month break who has played since 2007, and I am planning to purchase the new expansion soon.
At the moment I am catching up on old content by completing transmog sets, timewalking twink sets, achievements and numerous other small activities, to complete what I couldn’t do during Dragonflight due to other max level activities during the expansion that took up my time.
One thing that I am eager to complete too is Shadowmourne from Icecrown Citadel (ICC), for my Death Knight’s timewalking twink set, but I am currently unable to progress the quests because I need more people to complete the Unholy and Blood Infusion quests. I know that you can solo the quests, but I find that quite complicated so I refrain from trying.
Anyone interested in helping me? I am looking for 2 more persons who would be kind to help me if one of them has a combat ress, otherwise I am looking for 3 persons. If you want I can pay you all in gold or help you with something ingame in return for helping me.

Unholy can be soloed but it’s a pain to solo. Blood infusion you really need other people. Ive ran Shadowmourbe for 3 people and the system I always used was Your toon, any other class, Warlock.
Why warlock? Burning Rush is a great way to kill yourself without having to rely on the shadows to do it. Th actual Rush won’t kill them but a Warlock at roughly levels 35 to 50 will be more likely to be killed by the purple shadows than an 89 will when the Burning Rush auto cancels itself when you take enough damage.
I usually had the group in a triangle, the person getting the infusion on Lana’thel just get her angry, don’t even breathe on her. You may want to stay a bit closer to the other player so blood mirror jumps on them instead of the lock just to be safe. Make sure your warlock has the soulstone on themselves. On your first bite prompt. Bite the lock. Then the lock activates his or her burning rush, and runs in a tight circle staying away from the other player and you until they burn themselves to a point where it auto cancels and then the run in the purple shadow which should kill them quickly. They then use the combat res the stone provides. By the time Burning Rush has killed the warlock and they’ve used the stone, you should be getting very close to your second bite prompt. And on your second prompt, you bite the warlock again. This time they can kill themselves and stay dead. Your third and last prompt, you bite the other player, once you’ve done that the quest requisite should be done and you can now literally one shot Lana’thel by giving her a slap. (Assuming you’re max level)
